All personal information provided to us is always stored on secure servers and cannot be accessed by unauthorised third parties.

Processing of personal data of (potential) customers

Seal-Guard Europe B.V. processes your personal data because you have purchased products from us, make use of our services, or because you have provided us with these data yourself, e.g. in written correspondence, by phone, during a visit to your company by one of our employees, or by giving your business card at a trade fair or on a similar occasion. We process the following personal data: first name and surname, gender, address, telephone number, email address, and other personal data actively provided by you in written correspondence or by phone. We do not process personal address information, telephone numbers and email addresses, because we only sell Seal-Guard^® products to businesses.

For what purposes we process personal data

Seal-Guard Europe B.V. processes your personal data for various purposes, such as:
• Informing potential customers to establish a commercial relationship.
• Informing existing and potential customers of the benefits and features of Seal-Guard^® products and new developments regarding Seal-Guard Europe B.V.
• Entering into and executing purchase agreements with customers.

How long we retain personal data

Seal-Guard Europe B.V. does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data are collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Seal-Guard Europe B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide your data when necessary in the context of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Seal-Guard Europe B.V. only uses technical and functional cookies that do not infringe upon your privacy. Please send your request for the inspection, rectification, deletion or transfer of your personal data, your request to withdraw your consent to or object against the processing of your personal data to info@seal-guard.eu. We will respond to your request as soon as possible and within four weeks at the latest. Seal-Guard Europe B.V. would also like to point out that you have the option of filing a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Dutch supervisory authority.
